"Hi there,

I just received my recent order of AltiPlano Gold cereals and there was a little letter included asking for feedback and comments, hence this email...

My husband and I LOVE AltiPlano Gold cereals!  Since I was diagnosed with celiac about 4 years ago I can't eat oatmeal anymore or muesli (unless it's gluten-free). AltiPlano Gold is a great-tasting hot cereal that even my husband (a non-celiac) enjoys a lot! When the weather cools down in Nevada, there's nothing lke a bowl of AltiPlano Gold in the morning (or as a snack during the day!) to warm you up!  Keep making this fantastic product!

I'm not working today so I'm going to try the chocolate brownie recipe that you sent with my order....can't wait!

My husband is going to miss the Almond Chai flavor though that I notice you discontinued...he really liked that one!  Any chance of bringing it, or a similar flavor, back?

"I'm Irma, I am the one that uses your product.  My husband, a physician, and I recently went to the CSA Central Valley Chapter #74  in Manteca, CA and the gal in charge, Karen, volunteering her services, had bought one of your boxes and gave us samples of your instant cereal. 

For me this was a gift from heaven, because I have been looking for something like this especially since we travel a lot.  On June 14 we are going to Europe and I will be taking lots of your product packet with me.

Your product is wonderful!  Just for testing the other day I prepared a packet with hot water. Added 1/2 cup plain yogurt from Trader Joes, half a banana, sliced, and about 3/4 cup of sliced fresh strawberries and it was wonderful.  I was not hungry for about five hours.  I know now that I am going to survive in Europe with my Celiac challenges, thanks to you.
